PMF Class of 2016 Certificate Request

This registration is to request a graduation certificate for those PMF Class of 2016 Fellows who did not attend the Graduation Ceremony or ineligible to participate in the ceremony. Click the REGISTER button to request a graduation certificate. Requests are honored for up to one year after the Graduation Ceremony (i.e. through June 21, 2020).

In order to be eligible to receive a certificate of completion, each Fellow must have a status of "Certified" or "Converted" (as in completing the PMF Program requirements) and their agency must have submitted the placement fee to the PMF Program Office.

Fellows may confirm their status by logging into their user account on the Apply Site of the PMF TMS at https://apply.pmf.gov and clicking on the "View Appointment Info" button. Please contact your your Agency PMF Coordinator for any updates or questions. The list of Agency PMF Coordinators can be found here: https://apply.pmf.gov/coordinators.aspx.

It is strongly recommended that those who request to have their certificate mailed use a home address for the shipping address. Many government mail rooms irradiate incoming mail which may damage the certificate.

Requests will be processed shortly before the Class of 2016 Graduation Ceremony in case a graduating Fellow changes their mind to attend in person.
